Facilities & Packing Information (From Venue)

Each cabin includes a private bathroom, towels, sheets, pillows, comforter, heater, desk, and chair.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every cabin.
Rooms do not include TVs, phones, or alarm clocks for a peaceful retreat.
Heating is provided, but there is no air conditioning or fans due to our mild climate.
Limited hairdryers and irons are available, so please plan ahead.
Weather in the Santa Cruz Mountains can be warm during the day and chilly at night—layers are recommended.
We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle; filtered water is available onsite.
Golf carts are available to assist with luggage during check-in and check-out. Please notify our check-in staff when you arrive, and visit the Events Office if you need assistance at departure. Golf carts are available only during designated hours unless pre-arranged with our Event Staff. We’re also happy to support guests with mobility needs at any time—just let us know how we can help.
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the Lodge and much of the main area.
Parking is limited; carpooling is highly encouraged.
We love pets, but please leave them safely at home for the weekend.
For after-hours needs, our answering service is available through our main number, and we have an onsite overnight caretaker for assistance if needed.
